Roslee Rahman
Field Assistant

Roslee Rahman (aka Lee) joined the Bornean Banteng Programme as a research assistant in 2011. He was heavily involved in all aspects of field work in search of the Bornean banteng from deploying camera traps and conducting sign surveys, to collecting faecal samples for molecular analysis and processing data. Lee has extensive field and boatman experience and is also one of the first research assistants trained specifically in identifying banteng signs. His involvement and effort will help protect the endangered Bornean banteng in-situ and prevent its imminent extinction. He has now relocated to DGFC and is one of our most senior research assistants.
